Kittens will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
We recommend that someone is available to receive the kitten at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth transition into its new home.

Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final After First Week

Due to the nature of our business, we have a limited timeframe within which we accept refunds. So please do your due diligence once you receive your kitten and carry out all necessary checks to make sure they are in optimal conditions. Our refund time is limited to a maximum of 7days.

2. Health Guarantee

We provide a health guarantee for all our kittens. If your kitten is found to have a congenital or hereditary condition within the first 7 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement kitten of equal value or a refund, at our discretion.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian detailing the condition.

3. Refund Process

If we determine that a refund is warranted based on our health guarantee, we will process the refund using the original payment method.
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
